Classic G and T

Load the tumbler with ice add a slice of lime and a double measure of Cornish Seahorse gin and fill the glass with a great plain tonic (we recommend Navas)

 

Seahorse Sling
50ml Cornish Seahorse Gin London Dry or Orange Kuda
20ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Soda water to taste
Rosemary sprig and lemon wedge, to garnish
Put the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters into a cocktail shaker and add a large handful of ice. Shake to combine and strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
Top up with equal parts tonic and soda water, or pine soda. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wedge.

Kuda

50ml Cornish Seahorse Orange Kuda Gin
Ice
Slice of Orange Peel
Pinch of basil
Classic Tonic

Fill a tumbler with the ice add the orange peel and pinch of basil, now add the gin and finish with the tonic. Enjoy

 

Aromatic

50ml Cornish Seahorse Orange Kuda

a splash of angostura bitters

Classic Tonic

Ice

add lots of ice to a tumbler add the gin followed by the angostura bitters and top up with the classic tonic.

 

Perfectly Pink

50ml Cornish Seahorse London Dry
Aromatic Tonic
Ice

Load the ice into a tumbler pour over the gin and top up with the aromatic tonic.
